Shipping & Delivery

At Bambuline, we prioritise an excellent customer experience. We are committed to providing high-quality products and seamless service. Below is our shipping and delivery policy to ensure you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.


Order Confirmation and Shipping Information

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an overview of your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, courier details, and the estimated delivery date. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam folder.


Processing Time and Shipping

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. This processing time does not include shipping time. The total delivery time is the processing time plus the time it takes for the courier to deliver your package.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Tracking

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress. Please note that it may take a couple of days for tracking information to update.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions or peak periods can cause delays. Although Bambuline is not responsible for delays during the shipping process, we are always here to help resolve any issues.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for orders over $75 AUD.
  • For orders under $75 AUD, a shipping fee of $7.95 AUD applies.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver only within Australia, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, depending on the courier.


Accurate Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or order cancellations. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’re happy to work with you to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we will liaise with the courier to find a solution promptly.
